This procedure concerns only patients wishing to undergo surgery. It does not apply for detox programmes or other wellness services. We advise you to carefully read the procedure, as the compilation of your personal file is crucial to the success of our relationship. The information you provide will help us to optimise our intervention, thus enabling you to make, knowingly, the best possible choices. 1/ Free consultation. Following your initial request, we will send you an offer comprising: Details of journey and travel options Details of surgical intervention suggested The total cost of the proposed package 2/ Agreement in principle by the surgeon in charge and pre-operation check-up. Once the surgeon in charge has given his agreement in principle to proceed with the operation, you will be informed. You will be given precise guidelines on the pre-operation check-up to be carried out in your country. You will be asked to submit the results of this check-up to your general practitioner and to request from him a medical certificate stating that there are no contra-indications for proceeding with the surgical operation. You will be asked to produce the originals of all medical reports at your pre-operation consultation in Turkey. 3/ Final agreement by the surgeon. Based on the medical certificate and on the results of the medical check-up, your surgeon will either: Accept to perform the operation Request additional examinations Or refuse to perform the operation The final decision is your responsibility entirely. 4/ Confirmation of reservation. Your surgical operation will be confirmed as soon as we receive your flight reservation, either by e-mail or by fax. 5/ Welcome and transfer. 6/ Pre-operation consultation. At the pre-operation consultation, you will be asked to hand over to the medical team the medical check-up reports which were requested from you according to the procedure. The medical team will answer all your questions and will inform you on possible alternatives and possible risks linked to the operation. In view of the outcome of this consultation, you will still be free to refuse to proceed with the operation. 7/ Settlement of surgical operation expenses. You are required to settle the costs, except flight and surgery, before your arrival in Turkey, via bank transfer. The balance of the total invoice must be paid before the surgery, either in cash or by check guaranteed by your bank. You will be issued with an official invoice and receipt. We do not accept credit card payments. 8/ Operation and post-operation care. A medical team and nurses will be present throughout your stay. 9/ Post-operation follow-up We encourage you to keep in touch with us after returning to your home country. A medical report is sent to your general practitioner.
